About Us
Luxcorp Building Surveyors is a private Building Surveying firm located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, who provide building certification and consultant services specialising in the residential and domestic sector.
Established in 2021, we offer a combined 16+ years of industry experience through the private and local government sectors, to assist in the permit application and inspection process through our statutory function, ensuring the highest standards of practice are met. We provide high customer service throughout your Building Permit experience.
The Team
Directed by Registered Building Surveyor and Inspector, Vincent Italiano and supported by Building Code Consultant Luke Del Romano and Jesse Pantorno, Luxcorp’s team has been built to ensure that best industry practice is met, maintaining the integrity and quality of a project with solution based approaches and ensuring the smoothest transition possible for the Owners.
